By accessing or using Trackwise Atelier’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for activities under your account.
3. Access and License
We grant a limited, non-transferable license to access training content for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, publicly distribute, or reverse engineer course materials.
4. Payments and Refunds
Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply. Refunds, where offered, follow the policy at purchase time. Late payments may incur fees.
5. Intellectual Property
Trackwise Atelier retains all rights in course content, trademarks, and materials. You receive a license to use materials solely as permitted by these Terms.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse services, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with others’ enjoyment. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
7. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not promise specific financial, medical, or other outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trackwise Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
